Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Orders from outside Gujarat:  5-7 business days.
• Orders from Gujarat:  2-3 business days.
• Orders from Ahmedabad:  1 business day.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at arihantnishil@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
